About Gayle

Gayle Novak has a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA. She is also a two-time cancer survivor of 42 years and a survivor of domestic abuse. For 20 years, Gayle was trapped in an abusive marriage. But with persistence and courage, she escaped and started a whole new life.

Now, she dedicates herself through her motivational speaking and writing to helping other women who have experienced this “Silent Epidemic” called domestic abuse. Her personal story of strength and courage in overcoming her obstacles will touch you deeply. It will grab your heart and take you on a roller coaster ride that will motivate you to overcome your own personal challenges and succeed.  

As a female entrepreneur of 15 years, Gayle’s secondary mission is to help women entrepreneurs. She can motivate and inspire you to rise above your daily obstacles and achieve your dreams. Listening to her speak will make you laugh and cry. It will motivate you to release your negative experiences and help you overcome your individual challenges, whether they are business or personal related. 

As the former CEO / Design Director of Enhance Your Home, LLC, Gayle Novak was known as an internationally multi-award-winning Certified Home Stager. Gayle has been public speaking and giving educational presentations for over 20 years. She also holds a certificate in Staging, Interior Redesign, and Event Management. She was honored by My Vegas Magazine in 2019 as one of the "Top 100 Most Influential Women of the Year.” Shape, Prevention, and Coping Magazines have published Gayle’s articles, as well as several U.S. newspapers. Gayle is also proud to be a Tony Robbins firewalker.
